Return Policy
We at Metztotalsafety.com make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from a metztotalsafety.com representative. Contact a metztotalsafety.com representative by email at info@metztotalsafety.com, by phone at (316)288-4436 or by mail at 424 Random RD, Newton, KS 67114 for instructions on all problems with your order. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
Returns are accepted within 20 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. If the item (s) is defective, Metztotalsafety.com will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced: not the entire order. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number written clearly on the outside of box.
There is a 20% re-stock fee on opened merchandise or non-defective items. No packages will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number written on the outside box.
Order Error
If the order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned, but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the packing list notifying the driver immediately. Refuse the delivery if any products are visibly damaged. Notify us by contacting a Metztotalsafety.com representative by email at info@metztotalsafety.com or by phone at (316)288-4436. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. UPS has free insurance up to $100.00, so make sure you insure your products over $100.00 to protect your order.

After a return is authorized by the metzsafety .com representative:
1. Return the authorized item to us after you get the RMA# from a metzsafety.com representative. Then send to the following address:

2. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the box.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
Returns must be in original manufacturer box, inside an outer shipping box, sent by mail (with Delivery Confirmation) or alternate traceable method, and have the R.M.A.N. written on the outside of the package (we will not accept unauthorized returns). Credits will not include shipping cost.
We will notify you via email, phone, or mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
